Meet the companion we’re building for your email. It will gather the context, organize the noise, and help you see what needs you. A little less homework. A little more room for your day.
In development. Accounts are available today; Gmail connection and email briefings are not yet available.
A little space to breathe
Your attention is yours again.
Less noise. More perspective.
The feeling we’re working toward.
01 / Sound familiar?
You open one email. There goes your morning.
A receipt, a newsletter, a pitch, a question. They all arrive in the same place, asking for the same thing: your attention. Before you know it, checking your mail has become a second job.
We think email should feel lighter without handing over your say. Incontrol is being designed to do the reading and preparation, so you can spend your time on the choices that matter.
02 / A place for every kind of email
Everything in its place. You at the center.
We call them spokes: six ways to organize mail around what it needs from you. The planned system handles the sorting. You get a clearer picture, without another list to manage.
01 / Decide
The decisions only you can make.
Options. A deadline. What happens by default if you don’t reply. And a recommendation, ready for your judgment.
The only spoke that interrupts, and only inside a briefing. The hub brings Decide and the urgent overlay together.

02
Do
Work to move forward
Sign, review, confirm. Tasks and approvals get their own queue, separate from decisions. V1 identifies the work; approved drafts come later.
03
Know
Context, without interruption
Pure information becomes one daily digest. Read the summary, keep the context. Archiving after you read it belongs to a later version.
04
Sell
Pitches on your terms
Screened against what you’re actually buying. The best few go into a weekly batch. Declining the rest is a later, approved action.
05
Machine
Searchable. Out of the way.
Receipts, alerts, and notifications stay searchable. A dedicated security lane surfaces events like SIM changes and credit file alerts.
06
Waiting
The other side of the inbox
Track sent mail that needs someone else’s decision. See what’s outstanding without keeping it all in your head. Automated chasing comes later.
Urgency is earned.
A gated overlay, never a seventh spoke. Only trusted senders can flag urgency. It expires fast; false urgency costs that privilege. You set the rules.
The noise stays out of your way.
Spam belongs in quarantine. Senders declare a spoke; misdeclaration gets them demoted. Where no spoke is declared, the system classifies the message.
03 / Make room for your day
A morning check-in. Then, on with life.
Imagine opening a short briefing instead of a crowded inbox. The context is gathered, the options are clear, and there’s a recommendation to help you choose. This is the rhythm we’re building toward.

Morning briefing
Five decisions maximum. One clear view.
Decide / ExampleBefore 5 pm
Move dinner to Thursday?
Alex can’t make Wednesday. Thursday works for everyone, or you could keep the original plan.
Recommendation
Thursday looks best: everyone can be there.
If you don’t decide: Wednesday remains the plan.
Your call: approve, change, or reject.

01
Morning
A few choices. One clear view.
Read the context. Consider the recommendation. Make your choice. Know brings the daily context; Sell arrives as a weekly batch.
02
In between
A little less checking.
The model keeps routine mail quiet until the next briefing. Trusted urgency has a gate, and security events have a dedicated lane.
03
Evening
Leave the day feeling lighter.
A status briefing shows what’s settled and what’s still waiting on someone else. A little closure, without another inbox sweep.
04 / Growing thoughtfully
Your mail. Always your say.
Incontrol is in development. You can create an account and sign in today. The email product is still being built; creating an account does not connect Gmail or activate briefings.
Pricing and the business model remain open decisions.
V1 / Planned · Read-only Gmail
Read, organize, summarize, recommend.
Six-spoke classification. A five-decision hub with recommendations and urgency controls. A Know daily digest, Sell weekly batch, searchable Machine mail with a security lane, Waiting tracking, and an evening status briefing.
No sending, replying, archiving, or other mailbox changes in v1.
V2 / Later · Approved actions
Start with draft replies you approve and archiving on your word. Every action stays behind your approval.
V3 / Later · Work mail and teams
Work mail and Outlook, where the decision volume lives. Then team and organization views, after Gmail proves the model.
For anyone ready for a calmer inbox
A little less email. A little more you.
Start with an Incontrol account. The read-only Gmail product is the next step, still in development.
